Diamond Willow Inn

“This is probably one of the best places to stay in the area. The rooms were cozy and the hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. This inn is located fairly central to everything in and around Delta Junction. They do not offer breakfast, but you do have a small kitchen nook in your room. There is a small fridge, microwave, induction stove, sink, toaster, Hamilton Beach Keurig coffee maker, and several kitchen pots, pans, and utensils. You can easily cook or microwave your breakfast. This is actually one of the better choices considering there are no restaurants serving breakfast in town. There is only Subway and two drive through coffee shops where you can get small breakfast items to go.”

“Host was extremely friendly and accommodating to our needs. The room was spacious and cozy with comfortable beds. Had a great nights sleep from a long day of traveling and hiking. The ambiance of the main hotel lobby instantly made you feel at home. Highly, highly recommend!!”

“It was my great good fortune and blessing to stay at the Diamond Willow Inn for 12 weeks this past summer. I was fortunate to have one of the log cabins. I absolutely loved my stay here! The cabin was quiet and cozy. The bed was super-comfortable. The owners and staff are so kind and helpful, I always felt well-cared for. And the well water there is so sweet and pure. The owner told me it comes from a 120 ft-deep well that taps into a pristine aquifer. The water was so sweet and cold! I'd give this place ten stars if I could. The facilities, the staff and the owners are very guest-oriented. A huge thank you to all of you for your helping me feel so at home! I have no complaints and much praise. I highly recommend the Diamond Willow Inn to anyone traveling through Delta Junction, Alaska!”

“I live on the road for work, and Diamond Willow is the nicest place I’ve stayed this year. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a lovely little kitchenette and recliner. The bed is comfortable and the whole room is very clean. The holiday decorations give a sense of joy to the inn, and the music playing right now is peaceful. I’m able to sit and actually rest for a moment before going back to work, in a place that feels more like a home than a hotel. The service is excellent, from the welcoming check-in, to the necessary cleaning of snow in the parking lot. Everyone I’ve engaged with has been friendly. I highly recommend the Diamond Willow, and should circumstance ever bring me back to the “Friendly Alaskan Frontier”, I will most certainly be staying here again.”

Everything was very clean and thoughtfully arranged, making us feel right at grandma's. If you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable place this is a great choice.”

“Great place to stay. Owner has been really helpful, I ended up staying in a cabin on the property with a full kitchen. It’s almost a necessity unless you can live off of subway for the duration of your trip. Enjoyed having a little extra room to be able to walk around, and cook.”
